Concrete Sealing

Due to the porous finish of exposed aggregate or stamped concrete it is important to keep it protected from the harsh environment by applying a quality sealer every two years.The advantages of sealing concrete include:

• Provides protection against de-icing salts
• Resists mildew and surface staining
• Improves appearance
• Makes surfaces easier to clean
• Inhibits efflorescence (a whitish powder on the surface)

Your concrete driveways, sidewalks and patios are a large investment for your house, and it should be maintained! Every winter salt and de-icing agents can eat at the surface of your concrete and it needs to be protected! Sealing your concrete should be part of your regular home maintenance.

We use an acrylic polymer solvent based concrete sealer that is non-yellowing. We will power-wash your concrete to get rid of any standing dirt and apply with a sprayer or roller depending on the finish.
